Job Description
Sally's Apizza is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead kitchen staff. This role involves maintaining quality, consistency, hygiene, and implementing new recipes. The Kitchen Manager will assist with development of new concepts, food cost control, and employee training, directly reporting to the General Manager.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of Food Safety systems and procedures
- Excellent food prep & knife skills
- Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Brink POS preferred)
- Formal culinary training or associate degree in culinary arts (preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership role within a full-service restaurant kitchen
- Certifications: ServeSafe Certified
- 90% full-time availability (including 2-3 days per week)
- Ability to travel within the region
