Job Description
We are looking for a Housing Compliance and Policy Analyst to support our Community and Neighborhoods team. This position supports the City’s housing initiatives through specialized work in housing policy, compliance, and data analysis, with a primary focus on tracking housing production, administering impact and incentive programs, and ensuring long-term adherence to affordability requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, Environmental Studies, or a closely related field
- Four (4) years of paid professional experience in project coordination, administrative support, policy initiatives development, research methods, and reporting techniques
- Ability to prepare and present project details using complex spreadsheet analysis, graphic presentations, and technical reports
