Requirements

• Experience as a Used Car Manager or Automotive Sales Manager required.
• Strong knowledge of pre-owned inventory management, appraisals, and pricing.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in dealership software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
