Strategy Consultant

Sama is seeking a Strategy Consultant to drive success and retention for their clients through a consultative approach. The role involves building relationships with clients, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. This is a remote position within a fast-growing platform for hyper-tailored professional coaching.

Requirements

• Verbal and written native fluency in English and French
• 3+ years' experience in Management Consulting, HR, or Customer Success roles
• Experience developing relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and fluency in business jargon
• Experience as a freelancer or working in a start-up
• Experience using CRM (HubSpot preferred), understanding automation and scalability
• Strong ability to set, meet, and exceed KPIs and performance goals
• Great judgment
