Job Description
Samaritan Daytop Village is seeking a Case Manager for a culturally diverse population in NYC. The Case Manager will assist clients with social service assistance by evaluating eligibility, creating independent living plans, and facilitating relocation to permanent housing. This role is vital to the mission and focuses on helping clients achieve self-sufficiency.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 2+ years of case management experience
- Associate Degree with One-Two years of case management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least One year of case management experience
