Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse needed to support providers in the provision of care, including recording vital signs, discussing chief health concerns, performing testing, and assisting with procedures and documentation.

Requirements

• A Graduate of a formal Technical or Vocational LPN Program with a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• NYS LPN licensure.
• BLS certification.
• At least One (1) year experience as an LPN working with clients with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and/or Serious Mental Illness (SMI).
• Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR.
• Ability to put patients at ease and explain physician’s instructions.
• Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Team player and ability to work independently.
