Job Description
Samaritan Daytop Village is seeking a Part-Time Social Worker to provide clinical services, conduct assessments, and provide counseling to individuals and families. This position focuses on providing support to residents of the day program, in addition to community outreach. The agency serves over 33,000 New Yorkers annually.
Requirements
- Conducts bio-psychosocial assessments, mental status, and mental health evaluations.
- Conducts individual, couples, group, and family counseling.
- Provides crisis intervention.
- Participates in Incident follow-ups.
- Adheres to confidentiality, HIPAA, and security regulations.
- Liaison to community agencies and organizations.
