Job Description
Samaritan Daytop Village is seeking a full-time Social Worker-LMSW (Licensed Master of Social Work) to provide clinical services to individuals and families, particularly within the Bronx, NYC. The role involves assessing clients, conducting counseling, and assisting with referrals, all while adhering to NYS regulations and agency goals. This position is ideal for a bilingual, compassionate individual.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years clinical experience (substance use/mental health preferred)
- NYS LMSW/LCSW licensure preferred
- In-depth knowledge of NYC's healthcare network
- Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR
- Experience working with diverse populations
