Job Description
We are looking for an Electrical Signature Analysis (ESA) Specialist to work on Research and Development tasks to improve our Asset Health product (SAM4), analyzing real-case scenarios and helping customers to prevent unplanned downtimes.
Requirements
- Msc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of experience in a similar position, or a PhD
- Good knowledge of electrical motors
- Knowledge about variable frequency drives
- Familiarity of applications where electrical motors are used
- Understanding of the parts of a drive train, its different failure modes, and a creative mindset to perform root cause failure analysis
- Knowledge of electrical signature analysis and the use of Fourier transformation
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of electrical line diagrams
- Familiarity with different technologies used for condition monitoring
- Programming skills (proficiency in python is a plus)
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
