Samsara is seeking a talented and driven Sales Director to manage and develop a team of Enterprise Sales Representatives. The role involves coaching, mentorship, performance management, and championing Samsara’s culture. This is a remote position open to candidates in the Eastern Canada, requiring up to 50% travel time.

Requirements

• Experience supervising a sales team in the Eastern Canada.
• Proven track record of ability to train, spearhead and motivate enterprise sales teams.
• Solid understanding of SFDC and accurate forecasting methodology.
