Job Description
Samsung SDS America is seeking a Presales Solution Consultant to drive adoption of their next-generation AI-driven eProcurement SaaS solution, Caidentia. This role involves shaping the success of the SRM solution, helping businesses revolutionize their supplier relationship management, and offering a unique opportunity to merge a startup with Samsung SDS's foundation. The consultant will collaborate with partners and act as a technical expert to support the entire sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- 8+ years of SaaS sales experience in technical sales or pre-sales within SCM or SRM
- Strong background in business applications (SCM and SRM preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer relationship management skills
- Travel up to 40% of the time
- US citizenship
