Job Description
The Product Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineering designers to develop technology solutions for Samtec's elite customers, optimizing engineering design processes and managing cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in a management role designing interconnects, switch design, or fiber optic assemblies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading technical staff
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and engineering design software (Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Candidate MUST have proficiency in GD&T, DFM, FMEA, and Six Sigma
