Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for Samtec's U.S. locations. This includes managing the student/co-op program, sourcing and researching potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and implementing recruiting strategies.

Requirements

• 2-5 years' recruiting experience
• Sourcing & Boolean knowledge
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent
