• Evaluate, measure and manage Key Performance Indicators.
• Implement robust quality systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Drive continuous improvement through process control and lean manufacturing.
• Oversee global operations and execute the Samtec Service model.
• Develop strategic plans to control manufacturing costs.
• Provide support to internal manufacturing regarding change management and product qualifications.
• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing and data analytics.
