Job Description
Perform general clerical and receptionist duties, greet and direct patients, communicate with staff and patients, and conduct interpreting for staff, patients and their families. Perform various clerical duties, schedule visits and tests, and coordinate communication between patients, family members, medical staff, and administrative staff.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated'skilled' business office experience.
- Success in communication, customer service or working with the general public, preferably in a medical care facility.
- Success in managing difficult customer situations.
- Success in general computer competence including basic Word and potential to be trained on specific software for patient information, and communication.
