Intake RN Day with rotating weekends

The Psychiatric RN provides in-house assessments, conducts consultations, plans nursing care, and teaches patients and families. They support the hospital and program philosophy of care and ensure patient safety. The role requires a blend of clinical skills, teaching, and crisis intervention.

Requirements

• RN, ADN or BSN from accredited college or university
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
• Valid Texas RN license in good standing
• CPR (must be obtained within 30 days upon hire)
• BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications a plus
• Medication administration exam required
• CPR certification and Management of Assaultive Behavior training
