Transfer Intake RN (variable shifts)

This full-time, on-site position requires an Intake RN to assess client needs, provide nursing care, and ensure patient safety. The RN will be responsible for patient communication, care planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. They will focus on providing a safe and competent environment for patients and will work with behavioral health staff to treat their mental health.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old or older
• RN license in good standing (Texas)
• CPR (must be obtained within 30 days)
• BLS, ACLS, CPI (plus)
