PRN Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist

The PRN Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist will evaluate patient strengths and weaknesses in leisure and recreational pursuits. They will develop and implement programs, organize records, and provide care in a therapeutic environment, adhering to safety standards and maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy
• Certification as a Registered Recreational Therapist
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Experience in a Behavioral Health setting (preferred)
• Effective communication skills (written and oral)
• Knowledge of patient care needs
• Adherence to safety and professional standards
