The RN House Supervisor – RN will oversee the operations of the facility, supervising nursing and clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing departmental operations according to state standards. This role involves clinical leadership, staff development, and a commitment to ethical and customer service. The supervisor will be responsible for the entire hospital operations, facilitating the delivery of safe and effective nursing care.
Requirements
- ADN or BSN from an accredited college or university
- CPR and Behavior Managing Program completion within 30 days
- Valid Texas RN license in good standing
- 2+ years as an RN/BSN and 1+ year working in a behavioral healthcare setting
- One year working in inpatient mental health at a management level preferred
- Clinical supervision and basic skills in personnel management concepts and methods
- Knowledge of mental health regulations and treatments
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
