Job Description
Sana Biotechnology is seeking a Head of Clinical Operations to provide strategic leadership for clinical programs and cross-functional activities, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer. The role will involve managing operations, building a high-performing team, and driving the development of novel therapeutic approaches. It's a key member of the Development Team and interfaces with Executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a Life Science or Business discipline or equivalent
- 10+ years of industry experience
- Strong knowledge of GCPs, adverse event reporting and FDA regulations
- Proven track record of clinical project management
- Experience with phase 1-3 drug development and regulatory submissions
