Client Associate – Remote

We are seeking an experienced Client Associate to support an advisor transitioning into independent wealth management space. This role is critical to the day-to-day operations of the practice and will serve as a key partner to the advisor in delivering a high-touch, white-glove client experience.

Requirements

• Several years of experience (4+) in wealth management, RIA, or financial services
• Experience as a Client Associate, Senior Client Associate, or similar role
• Registration preferred (Series 7/63 or 66)
• Deep familiarity with custodial platforms (Fidelity strongly preferred)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable working independently
• Confident but collaborative communication style
