Job Description
This contract position is for a Program Mgr, Customer Experience Transformation within a Transportation company. The role will build and implement a Customer Experience and Operations optimization initiative, from strategic planning to execution, with direct involvement in program management and project delivery. This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in office.
Requirements
- Assess customer experience pain points using data and LBGUPS methodology.
- Build Customer Experience strategy.
- Structure and manage customer operations process improvement initiatives.
- Implement program/project management throughout the program and project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain program and project deliverables.
- Complete process maps and KPI analysis.
- Establish risk management, escalation paths, and monitor workflow.
- Lead project meetings and manage stakeholders' communication.
- Coordinate, manage and monitor workflows.
- Drive progress by engaging and influencing cross-functional participants.
