Lead, Production: Execute excellent rehearsal and weekend PM service at Sandals Church San Bernardino by leading and building the volunteer production team.

Requirements

• Be an awesome Production Team leader.
• Train and equip new Production Team Members to build and grow a healthy, self-sustaining team.
• Oversee all aspects of production for services including communication and updates on Planning Center, running rehearsals, sound checks and live services.
• Set up, operate, and tear down production equipment for services.
• Maintain the desired sound and visual style of our worship experiences.
