Job Description
Sanhua is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to ensure the security, reliability, efficiency, and scalability of their IT infrastructure, supporting various plants within their Saltillo Mexico industrial park. The role involves maintaining systems, security measures, infrastructure projects, and collaborating with other IT sub-departments. They are a leading HVAC&R manufacturer with over 40 years of experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related.
- Fluent in English.
- Advanced knowledge in software management (MS Office 3, Virtual Software (VMware).
- Advanced knowledge in hardware devices (Dell, Huawei/HC3 switches, UPS, Fortinet firewalls, CCTV and door access control).
- Knowledge in implementation and configuration of IT Infrastructure components, installation of physical and virtual servers, network configuration, storage, and security systems.
- Knowledge in implementation of IT security measures (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, data encryption, network security policies).
- Knowledge in infrastructure projects from planning to execution and closure.
- Knowledge in disaster recovery strategies.
- Development of KPIs, service level agreements, and regular health review reports.
