Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Product Owner to support a defined product area and work with a team to translate complex requirements into actionable backlog items. As a Junior Product Owner, you will bridge user needs, business goals, and technical delivery by investigating user and business needs, defining functional and technical requirements, and working closely with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure scalable, accessible, and data-informed solutions.
Requirements
- Help to manage your team's backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business goals.
- Investigate and analyze business and user needs, translating them into structured requirements.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead, UX Designers, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions address user needs and educational workflows.
- Create and maintain clear documentation (requirements, flows, diagrams) to support shared understanding across teams.
- Support backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions.
- Support the identification, assessment, and prioritisation of production issues and technical debt to maintain product stability and long-term quality.
