Product Owner

Sanoma Learning is a leading K12 European learning company that helps shape the future of education. We are looking for a Product Owner to bridge user needs, business goals, and technical delivery by owning a defined product area and translating complex requirements into actionable backlog items.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to investigate and clarify business/user needs and impacts
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Skilled in stakeholder alignment and facilitation
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe)
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria (e.g., INVEST)
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe)
• Experience managing dependencies across teams
• Experience in the education or edtech sector, or a willingness to quickly build domain knowledge.
