We are seeking a Head of North America Marketing to join our Global Marketing team. This role plays a key part in developing, executing, measuring and communicating strategic marketing plans that drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth across the North American region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role overseeing regional or national programs
- Experience working in a B2B environment, preferably within the cybersecurity, training, learning & development, tech / SaaS, research, or education / ed-tech categories
- Proven experience driving measurable demand and growth through integrated marketing programs – especially field marketing – in North America, with demonstrated results across segments including large enterprise, public sector and mid-market / commercial
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to orchestrate across and within teams to drive prioritization and execution
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available.
