Job Description
SAP is seeking a Functional Specialist to join their Cloud Consulting team, providing expert support to customers. This role involves delivering adoption recommendations, large-scale adoption events, and developing content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers. The position focuses on delivering tailored adoption recommendations services and working with various stakeholders to drive innovation.
Requirements
- Associate Certification in Compensation and Variable Pay and one other SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite module
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field
