Job Description
SAP is seeking a Functional Specialist to join their Preferred Success functional area. The role involves delivering consulting level expertise to support outcome-based goals for cloud customers. Responsibilities include providing adoption services, creation of content, and collaboration with stakeholders to improve the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.
Requirements
- Associate Certification in at least one of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite modules (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, and/or Compensation & Variable Pay).
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
