Job Description
SAP is seeking a Functional Specialist to support cloud customers with adoption and large-scale adoption events for their chosen Success Factors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, etc.). The role involves delivering expert services and workshops, developing content, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation in the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering. This is an opportunity to work with leading enterprise customers and contribute to a cloud-focused organization.
Requirements
- Associate Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors Suite module
- 3-5 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors development, implementation, and/or optimization
- Excellent English and Japanese communication skills
