Werkstudent (w/m/d) - Prozessharmonisierung, -verbesserung & -einführung (Endanwender Dokumentation)

We're looking for a student to support a large IT transformation project to harmonize SAP Customer Service Support. The role involves creating work instructions, training materials, and project management support. The position offers practical experience, in-depth knowledge of ITSM and ITOM processes, and comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Student at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably with a focus on business administration, engineering, information technology, or related fields
• At least 3 semesters until graduation
• Computer skills: Safe handling of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint)
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English
• Soft skills: Attention to detail, curiosity, willingness to work independently and proactively
• Basic understanding of IT service and operation management processes (ITSM/ITOM)
