Job Description
Sapiens UK is seeking a Global Compensation & Benefits Expert to start as soon as possible in 2026. The role will support the Europe region and contribute to global cross-organisational C&B initiatives.
Requirements
- 6–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within a global or multinational organisation
- Proven hands-on experience in salary benchmarking and survey management, merit and annual compensation review cycles, incentive plan design and implementation
- Experience designing or supporting global benefits frameworks, automation and digitalization of C&B processes, supporting organizational change, restructuring, or post-merger integration
