Job Description
Sares Regis Group of Newport Beach, CA is seeking an experienced property management professional to serve as an Assistant Community Manager at their 215-unit community, Middle Plaza. The company is a private real estate development firm focused on commercial properties and multifamily communities. This is a great career opportunity in an ideal location. The role will involve assisting the Community Manager and managing residential properties.
Requirements
- Must have related property management experience.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Knowledge of properties and basic operations software (Outlook, Internet, EXCEL, WORD).
- Current driver's license and auto insurance.
