The role includes supervisory responsibilities, team development, rent collection, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The company has a growing portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties.
Requirements
- Related property management experience.
- Ability to pass a fair housing exam.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Knowledge of property management software (Outlook, Internet, EXCEL, WORD).
- Current driver's license and auto insurance.
- Weekend and overtime work ability.
- Ability to work independently.
