Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor I for their Burbank, CA community. This role involves the supervision and coordination of employees, coordinating apartment renovations, structural repairs, and ground maintenance. Requirements
- Must have 2 years of related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
- Experience in all trades is preferred.
- Experience in Yardi software a plus.
- Excellent written, communication, and computer skills.
- Past supervisory experience required.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
- Weekend and overtime availability
