Job Description
Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate employee activities and outside contractors at their 130-unit community, Crossroads in Concord, CA. The role involves managing apartment renovations, service requests, and ground maintenance, as well as securing bids for work and coordinating vendor deliveries. Requirements
