Requirements
- 5 years of experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor on 100+ units
- HVAC certification required
- Experience in all trades
- Experience in Yardi or similar property management software
- Strong written, communication and computer skills
- Past supervisory experience
- Current driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work weekends and overtime
