Scrum Master

Sarmad is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to oversee and guide Agile development teams. The role focuses on facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members, and collaborating with product owners to ensure efficient development and high-quality products. This position requires strong facilitation and communication skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams
• Familiar with software development lifecycle and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to facilitate meetings and ensure effective collaboration
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
