Job Description
Senior Software Engineer, Backend at Satispay, responsible for shaping the future of digital payments, technical direction, quality, and delivery of complex systems, impacting multiple services across teams.
Requirements
- Extensive Experience: at least 5 years of related experience in back-end software engineering
- Programming Expertise: deep experience working with Java and a strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS is a plus)
- Technical Leadership: proven ability to drive knowledge sharing, mentor peers, and conduct technical analysis for large-scope projects affecting multiple systems
- Structured Communication: able to communicate in a structured and convincing manner, adapting style to build trust positively and professionally with various stakeholders
- Passion and Language Skills: passionate about FinTech or startup environments and fluent in English
