Job Description
Satispay is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Backend, to shape the future of digital payments. The role involves driving technical direction, ensuring quality, and delivering complex systems. Responsibilities include conducting technical analysis, implementing robust testing strategies, resolving blockers, and mentoring peers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of related experience in back-end software engineering
- Extensive experience working with microservices, cloud environments, and Agile methodologies
- Deep experience working with Java and a strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS is a plus)
- Technical leadership and ability to drive knowledge sharing, mentor peers, and conduct technical analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate in a structured and convincing manner
- Passion for FinTech or startup environments and fluency in English
