Job Description
Savvy is changing the wealth management industry by building a digital-first platform that modernizes human financial advice. As Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own searches across Engineering, Product, and Design, and help scale the company's technical organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles
- Strong sourcing chops
- Proven ability to close engineering candidates at the senior and leadership level
- Experience partnering closely with technical leaders and executives to define and execute hiring strategies
- A track record of hiring in high-growth startup environments
- Proven ability to build recruiting processes and scale best practices
