The Strategic Solutions Director will be responsible for overall strategies for growth, working with AD's and key pursuits. This position will interface with Marketing on growth pursuits, creating custom roadmaps, and collateral.
Requirements
- Responsible for growth into new markets, acquiring new customers, or increasing sales from existing customers.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team, actively engaging with the Marketing department to align strategies and tactics for growth pursuits.
- Support key pursuits, critical sales opportunities, and significant clients, collaborating with Account Directors (ADs) to drive success in these strategic initiatives.
- Prepare reports of business, including sales, bid tracking (lost and pending) and pipelining new opportunities.
- Create roadmaps and strategic plans outlining the steps to achieve growth objectives.
- Responsible for lead generation and full life cycle of pursuits.
- Work cross functionally with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Utilize HubSpot, or other CRM system to track and manage growth pursuits.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers in effort to grow business.
