Job Description
SBM Management is seeking a Utility Technician to support various departments within the building. This role involves furniture setup, maintenance, removal of damaged items, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Respond to requests for room setups.
- Follow company Procedures and policies.
- Deliver and setup additional furniture.
- Maintain daily cleaning and tracking log.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or flatbeds.
- Assemble furniture and operate lifting equipment.
- Maintain inventory system.
- Prioritize customer material requests.
