Job Description
SBM Management is seeking a Utility Technician to support department locations including Cork & White, Lock & Key, the Furniture Warehouse, the Signage Department, and Conference Center Services. The role involves furniture setup, removal, installation, maintenance, and tracking, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Candidates must be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Respond to requests for room setups.
- Follow company procedures and policies.
- Deliver and set up furniture.
- Install new cork and white boards.
- Remove and dispose of damaged boards.
- Maintain cleaning and organizational standards.
- Track time spent on work orders.
- Assemble furniture.
- Operate a pallet jack and forklift.
- Perform floor cleaning and other tasks.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs.
