Account Executive [Hybrid, Vancouver]

We're looking for a brilliant Account Executive to join our #Rocketeers team in Vancouver. As an Account Executive, you will lead the sales journey for our clients, building strong partnerships, understanding their needs, and showcasing the value of ScalePad's innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful SaaS or B2B experience in a business development or sales role
• Experience in the MSP space or selling to IT decision-makers is a plus
• Proven success in fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environments
• Metrics-driven mindset with expertise in pipeline management, conversion tracking, and leveraging CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
