As a Premium Sales Manager, you will increase sales in respective accounts, call prospective customers, establish buying cycles, and create a customer/supplier relationship. You will manage existing business accounts, develop business partnerships, secure proper distribution, and participate in brand-building events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business degree preferred)
- Prior B2B sales experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) is required; experience with luxury/premium CPG is preferred.
- Basic consultative sales skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated effective negotiation and closing ability
- Strong planning and analysis skills, and sound judgment
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
- Ability to use tablet computer, smartphone, and accessories
- Ability to reach overhead, bend at the waist, squat, and occasionally lift/carry up to 35 lbs. unassisted
- Satisfactory driving record is required and must be maintained
- Incumbent must be comfortable with exposure to cigar smoking
