Scania is looking for a Baltic People and Culture Director to lead the company's People and Culture agenda, drive strategic initiatives, and support managers and teams in building a thriving, safe and sustainable work environment.
Requirements
- A higher university degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- 5+ years' experience in HR leadership responsible for health & safety, talent development, recruitment, workforce planning, competence development, performance management, succession planning and HR administration responsibilities.
- Fluency in Estonian and English.
- Strong leadership and change management skills.
- Experience in operating in complex or multinational structures.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution willingness.
- Capability to manage HR budgets and evaluate HR effectiveness.
- Comfortable with HR analytics, HR KPI reporting, and using digital solutions.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of Estonian employment law and its practical application in business; good understanding of Latvian and Lithuanian employment law.
