Job Description
Scene is a mobile health app focused on medication adherence, providing personalized video coaching, education, and motivational content for patients and their families. This role is a Clinical Pharmacist (PharmD) within the Patient Solutions department, focused on comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs) and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal medication therapy and patient adherence. The ideal candidate will be a skilled clinician, communicator, and thought leader.
Requirements
- Active Pharmacist License with at least 3 years of pharmacy practice
- Ability to obtain additional licenses in applicable states.
- Strong Telephonic Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and other programs
- Ability to work in a video conferencing environment
- Must be able to attend meetings on video
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
