Schaeffler is a dynamic global technology company offering development opportunities. The Accelerated Leadership Program provides cross-departmental exposure through four six-month rotations. Upon graduation, a permanent position in Fort Mill, South Carolina is guaranteed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering or Engineering Technology
• 3.0 minimum GPA
• At least two rotations of relevant co-ops or internships
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Leadership experience or exposure preferred
• Thorough understanding of engineering principals
• Excellent Organization and Communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
