Accelerated Leadership Program - Purchasing Specialist

Schaeffler is a dynamic global technology company with a long history of private ownership. The Accelerated Leadership Program is a four-six month rotation program that provides cross-departmental exposure and leads to a permanent position as a Purchasing Specialist in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Operations Management or related Business degree
• 3.0 minimum GPA
• At least two rotations of relevant co-ops or internships
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Leadership experience or exposure preferred
• Thorough understanding of engineering principals
• Excellent Organization and Communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Willingness to relocate every 6 months
